Ohio residents who are involved in
child support cases are now able to access information on their cases online.
The state of Ohio has created the
Ohio Child Support Customer Service Portal as a way to better assist parents with
active child support cases. Through this website, parents are able to view the
child support orders that they have on file and they can notify the child
support enforcement agency when information in their cases change.
Also on the website, parents are
able to view and print up to two years of data on their child support cases.
They are also able to view the address, employment and health insurance
information that they have on file with the child support agency and submit
changes when needed. All of this information is stored in a secure website that
protects their information from outside parties.
